Hotel Plamena Palace

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with a great breakfast buffet and a friendly, welcoming staff. The rooms were nice and the restaurant was excellent. Despite some guests worrying about the lack of mosquito nets, we didn’t encounter any issues. Overall, everything felt up to standard and I would recommend it.

Communication with the staff was excellent. Everyone was very responsive and polite. The hotel’s location is great – close to the beach and the city center, yet in a quiet area where one can truly relax. The pool was clean, as was the area around it. The rooms were nice, with comfortable beds. The restaurant also offered a good selection of food and drinks. Massages and other entertainment options were available. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Best beds ever! Best service ever (especially for Bulgaria)! Finally a place that understands customer service. I am impressed with the way the hotel is ran. From the cleaning crew to the responsible manager, everyone was amazing. Will definitely repeat. No pseudo lux, no fuss. Very attentive staff without being annoying, they always foresaw our needs and were paying attention (amazingly all of them were apparently 20 years old). Thank you to all the team for allowing us to enjoy our stay without any headaches. We got 3 very big rooms with the best view in the hotel in my opinion. The mattress was the best ever (will buy the same), as well as the size of the bed. I was pleasantly surprised there were many hangers in the wardrobe as well as a plug in the bathroom. The room was clean. The terrace was very nice. The pool area was great, very well maintained and for the first time ever I saw rules being enforced in Bulgaria: a member of the staff asked a mother of 2 kinds to stop them from jumping and going wild in the pool. The food in the restaurant was tasty (had 6 different meals) and the prices were fair. The breakfast was amazing! Very good variety and very tasty! Amazing pancakes. The drinks at the bar were very nice and fair priced. The alcohol cocktails had a good amount of quality alcohol in them, the frappés were big.

The breakfast was better that I was expecting. Something for everyone. Plenty of young staff who all seemed to be helpful. The reception staff and the bar staff all seemed very friendly. The rooms were a good size.
